Free virtual team building game - right in the browser
Born at a real team building - built for all the days in between.

Bileteles is a free browser game for team get-togethers: everyone writes a few secret words, then teams race to guess them across 3 rounds - describe, one word, then mime. All you need is a link: someone creates a room, drops the code in the call, and you're playing within a minute.
Why it works for teams
Ready from the first click. It opens like any web page: one link, one room code, and you're in - no accounts, licenses or personal data required.
Fits inside a meeting. A full game runs 20-40 minutes with the default settings - short enough for a Friday slot, long enough for the stories to come out.
Everyone gets pulled in. 2 to 16 people, 2 to 4 teams - and since the slips come from your own colleagues, the inside jokes write themselves. Quieter teammates shine in chat mode, where you guess by typing.
Works with what you already use. It runs in a browser tab next to any call - Teams, Meet, Zoom, Discord. Same office? One table and your phones will do.
How a session goes
Book half an hour: put the room link in the invite, or just drop the code once everyone's on the call.
Split into teams: everyone joins with a nickname, picks a side and writes 3 secret words. Office lore makes the best slips.
Play the 3 rounds: describe in up to 3 words, then a single word, then mime it on camera. Same words each round - the memory part sneaks up on everyone.
The podium at the end: team scores, plus a rematch button if there's still something to prove.
Why we built it
Bileteles started at an actual team building: the paper-slips game was the highlight of the offsite, and once a year just wasn't enough. So we rebuilt it for the browser - same laughs, no waiting for the next offsite, remote, hybrid or around one table.
It's free, with no ads and no tracking, and it stays that way. If it saves one team night, that was the whole plan.
Frequently asked questions
- Is it really free for company use?
- Yes - free for everyone, companies included. No trial, no premium tier, no ads. It's a personal project, kept alive by optional tips.
- Do we need accounts or IT approval?
- No - the game runs in the browser over HTTPS, with no accounts and nothing to install. Your room, nickname and gameplay data are temporary and disappear after the room closes. Your IP address is processed for security and rate limiting and may appear in short-lived server logs, as explained in the privacy policy.
- How many people can play?
- From 2 to 16 per room, in 2 to 4 teams. Bigger crowd? Split into two rooms and compare scores after.
- Does it work over Microsoft Teams or Google Meet?
- Yes - the game doesn't care what call you're on. Keep your usual meeting and open Bileteles in a tab next to it.
- What about hybrid teams?
- Nicely, actually: the office folks join the call from one room (the mime round is even better live), and the remote folks play from wherever they are.
- How long does a session take?
- About 20-40 minutes for a full game with the default settings. Short on time? Lower the slips per player or shorten the turn timer in the lobby.
