Play fair and stay lawful. Do not use Bileteles to break the law, to harass, threaten or abuse other players, or to share content that is illegal or harmful.

Do not attack the service. Do not try to overload, disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the game or its infrastructure, and do not use bots or automated abuse.

You own what you type. Rooms are created by users. You and your group are responsible for the names, words and chat messages you enter. Because rooms are private and temporary, there is no moderation - keep it friendly.

Bileteles is a free hobby project, provided "as is" and "as available". There is no guarantee that it will be uptime, error-free, or that rooms will stay open. Rooms are temporary and may close or disappear at any time, for example on a restart.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Bileteles. You use the game at your own risk.

Because there are no accounts, access is not guaranteed. The operator may rate-limit, block or remove access (for example to stop abuse), and may change, pause or discontinue the game at any time, without notice.

The "Bileteles" name and logo, and the code and design of the site, belong to the operator. The underlying party game (a "paper slips" game also known as Celebrities or Time's Up) is a generic, public game concept. Bileteles is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any commercial product of that genre.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use Bileteles after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
